Protection Strategies

• Wear wide-brimmed hard hats or hats with neck flaps.
• Use UV-rated sunglasses with side shields.
• Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen every 2 hours.
• Wear lightweight, long-sleeved, breathable clothing.
• Schedule breaks in shaded areas and stay hydrated.
