Reporting workplace incidents ensures that hazards are corrected, workers are protected, and compliance is met. Whether the incident is an injury, property damage, or environmental release, prompt and accurate reporting is essential.
What Should Be Reported?
- Workplace injuries and illnesses (even minor ones).
- Near misses and unsafe conditions.

The Reporting Process

- Secure the area to prevent further harm or exposure.
- Complete an incident report form with clear details.
